Positive Affirmations

February 14, 2009

positiveSelf confidence is something that is challenging for most of us. We either doubt, fear, worry or feel that we may not be able to handle things in certain situations or we can feel inadequate as well. Positive Affirmations allow us to exercise positive thinking. A positive affirmation is a simple statement that describe a desirable situation in which we can repeat it to remember it through our subconscious mind to then put it into positive action.

Too often we expect the worse to happen if only more of us take the time to create our own positive affirmations, perhaps then, we can expect better things to occur. Remember that what we think is what we show and what we show is how others perceive us. As a Man Thinketh So is He so change your thoughts and bring to mind what is useful and what is true. Tape affirmations to your mirrors, walls, or even in your car. Here are some affirmations that are useful:

I radiate love and happiness

I am beautiful and inspiring

I have a successful job

I am surrounded by love

I am calm and relaxed in every situation

I am successful in every situation

The universe is on my side

We must understand that we should be appreciative in every situation. If you feel unhappy, assert positive thinking, rid yourself of negativity whether it be people or your own thoughts. Remember you are beautiful and have control of your own perception and destiny. Exude confidence and everyone will believe what you exude. Energies are strong. I encourage you to create your own personal positive affirmations:)

I wish to say that affirmation is really an amazing tool can sky rocket your self esteem to the place it always belonged. Even though an affirmation is a pretty easy tool to create and use, most people I come across really have no clue how to really apply them. Affirmations are positive sentences written in the present tense meant to be used repeatedly to create a habit of thought. Everything you experience has to do with the way you think, and the more you observe what you think the more you turn that thought into a habit.
